Why Ericka ROCKS for your event...

Ericka shows up fully—as a Black, Queer, non-binary femme and truth-teller—inviting audiences to do the same with radical honesty and curiosity.

Their keynotes go beyond awareness—they’re liberatory, rigorous, and grounded in lived experience and academic depth.

From classrooms to global stages, Ericka brings a rare blend of cultural critique, humor, and vulnerability that transforms how people think about race, gender, and sexuality.

As a survivor, educator, and parent, they connect across identities and generations, making complex topics deeply human and deeply felt.

Ericka fuses storytelling with social analysis, weaving personal narrative, pop culture, and pedagogy into every talk.

Ericka doesn’t just challenge norms—they shift them. Their presence makes liberation feel tangible, personal, and possible.
